The Kateřinská 40 office complex was built in 2000, in accordance with international standards for Class A office buildings. During 2017, the building is undergoing a partial renovation. The complex, designed with a T-shaped floorplat, comprises two underground levels and eight above-ground floors. Each standard floor offers more than 1,000 m2 of office space.
